RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER

The Retail Marketing Manager will implement and provide marketing strategies for Original Penguin and Perry Ellis full-price and outlet stores. ● Oversee the creative execution of in-store marketing ● Develop in-store visual for print and digital (YCD and Brightsign) ● Manage the execution of seasonal collateral changes ● Work with buying team to create asset needs in advance of all photoshoots ● Work with buying team to create window messaging in advance ● Create and mail out all media and marketing materials to stores ● Manage Retail Marketing calendar for all floor sets and window changes ● Process purchase orders and Invoices when applicable ● Coordinate all in-store and mall events for PE, OPG full-price and outlet stores ● Events = shopping events, promotional events, mall events, product events, and advertising ● Partner with NYC marketing groups to standardize event packages ● Work with store teams to customize brand right events to each store's’ market ● Partner with mall marketing offices on store/mall initiatives ● Work with Manager to create pre-event objectives and ROI ● Post-event analysis for traffic and sales ● Manage the production and distribution of event signage and social media posts ● Source and manage all expenses associated ● Partner with the digital team to send out store emails ● Manage the store information accuracy on Yelp and e-commerce sites ● Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities ● Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills ● Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams ● Ability to manage multiple projects at a time; highly organized with keen attention to detail ● Strong oral and written communications skills ● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR or related ● 3-5 years of experience in retail environment and retail marketing
