Main Responsibilities: • Drive sales growth by developing strong relationships with customers and identifying their needs and preferences • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction • Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging your knowledge of our products and services, as well as your ability to build rapport with customers • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with corporate programs and initiatives • Stay up-to-date on company operations, including sales activity management, POS system usage, and order entry • Contribute to the upkeep of the retail store, working closely with the team to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment • Provide excellent customer service, assisting and selling to all customers in the retail store • Participate in team meetings and company-wide trainings to stay informed and grow professionally • Open and close the retail store, performing tasks such as merchandising, store upkeep, cash drawer reconciliation, and maintaining brand standards Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or a related field • Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and prospecting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and vendors • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service • Experience working in retail, particularly in menswear, is preferred but not required • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team • Reports to the General Manager of the store, with opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
