Regional Sr. HRM is responsible for providing solutions, thought partnership, and business talent strategies to the Regional Vice President and District Managers. This Sr. HR Leader is a change champion, who is flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization; and has proven ability to communicate, execute and deliver key HR programs, best practices, and people solutions to retail field teams/leaders.
