Job Duties: Stay on top to update Quality control Manuals, SOP’s protocols, and standards Partner with overseas quality control team and vendors to confirm accuracy on WIP reports and flow chart Review and evaluate finished garment specification, trims, details, and packaging when neededd Organize, review, and present monthly Quality control expenses Experience managing product quality and performance on a global scale Ability to deliver precise and concise reports Provide support to the Quality control team to conduct regular factory evaluations identifying opportunities for improvement during inline inspections Have control of in-line inspections corrective plan of action improvements Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw a valid conclusion on a good performance Consistently work with vendors to improve their QA process and effectiveness Some travel may be necessary. Job Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the Quality Control apparel/manufacturing industry Experience in full package quality control management Advanced Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Inspectorio (preferred) Intertek Bureau Veritas
