Main Job Responsibility Intradeco is searching for an experienced apparel manufacturing professional having expertise and knowledge of key manufacturing elements like fiber/fabric properties from fabric to finished goods in order to meet the expectations of the end product. Specific Job Functions Review the product specifications with the factory’s production and quality personnel to ensure they understand Customer and Brand expectations in product performance and quality. Have effective and timely processes in place to implement corrective and preventive actions and quality improvements. Experience Understanding of the production process Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Critical thinking skills Ability to create and maintain workflow tracking Great time management and ability to multi-task Strong background knowledge in fabrics Proficient computer skills MS Office, Excel-pivot Knowledge of ASTM Standards Experience and understanding of product Federal, State regulatory requirements.
