Company Description - Women's Contemporary Fashion brand Location - Miami Florida Job responsibilities/duties will include but not limited to: In charge of production for all styles issued to factories Place all styles in appropriate factories and negotiate cut and sew prices to meet margins Coordinating that all markers are delivered to cutting rooms Coordinating fabrics to be delivered to cutting rooms: Issuing cut tickets and ensuring an efficient turnaround Coordinate delivery of cut work to all factories Managing a production associate and ensuring all production is on time Fitting/checking TOP samples with approved sample/tech pack before production Monitoring production by doing in line inspection and detailed final product inspection before shipping Shipping completed lots back to our distribution center Being able to meet all delivery dates Being able to solve issues in a timely manner as they arise Occasional raw material sourcing Requirements: 3-5 year experience Pattern/Sewing and garment construction knowledge Multi-tasker Very Organized Works well under pressure Used to Working in a very fast pace environment
