Job Duties: Communicate daily with factories in all aspects of product development. Maintain Tech pack ownership from the Pre-Production phase through production and ensuring that the factories have the most updated information/standards at all times. Maintain and ensure that all approvals are executed for styles sold, including but not limited to, patterns, fit samples, fabric quality, lab dips, shade bands, all trim approvals including cartons and labels, PP and TOP sample approvals. Must work well with pattern makers, designers, and art team to ensure all approvals are done in a timely manner. Maintain, update and publish approval reports for each program and style.
