​THE OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities:
Product Creation
Develop category strategies, ensuring growth drivers/ plans are financially realistic and aligned across channels
Own top down assortment build based on revenue plan
Create a category strategy focused on profitable growth and sell through
Communicate clearly and timely with all cross functional partners 
Analyze selling by product group to identify opportunities and emerging trends, including competitive offerings, price points and trends
Understanding of and adherence to Product Development Calendar
Create seasonal product line briefs to provide clear consumer driven direction to design
Build SKU-level line plan with productivity/ volume expectations and economics including competitive pricing and IMU direction  
Own the change log by executing decisions and communication between design, production, wholesale, marketing and merchandising
Manage RLM including but not limited to MSRP, WS price, collection, delivery, tier, dropping colorways and SKUs
Buy
Forecast DTC volumes at the SKU level in context of open to buy and MOQ requirements
Own the Buy Summary by rolling up DTC, order book, and ATS unit buys
Analyze assortment SKU productivity and margin implications
Coordinate costing Buy sign off, incorporating cost surcharges and identifying costing/ IMU issues
RLM management

Review WS and ATS orders in RLM to ensure signoff match
Adjust for bolt sizing
Analyze and set size scale formulas on a body level
Import all DTC orders
Perform final check of seasonal orders for buy hand off to PD
Adjust SOM via PD request

Keep clear records for hindsight analysis

Reporting (ownership of scope/ specifics reports TBD)
Create and present regular reports including weekly selling report, key weekly reports, Monday reporting deck, regional sales summary, promo recaps, and return reports.
Create or optimize additional reports as needed. This may include hind sighting data, mid-season insights, and ecomm daily budgets.
Third Party
Act as liaison with 3rd parties including communication with accounting
Create weekly sales reports 
Manage reorder requests and replenishments
Other Responsibilities
Work with Toolio integration team
Manage 42 maintenance
Maintain Product Knowledge for each season
Assist with other projects as assigned
Key Qualifications: 
3+ years of similar work experience, bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related field preferred
High proficiency of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills 
Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple priorities, work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to detail
Detailed knowledge of data systems including:  RLM, Shopify, 42, TOolio, REturnly, NuOrder, and CHQ-Teamwork
