Merchandising Specialist

Ann Taylor is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, profits and customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of the retail industry. Additionally, the following qualifications are required:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising/visual merchandising• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or related field• Comprehensive knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences• Ability to think analytically and strategically• Experience with creating and managing budgets• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant softwareIf you are a self-starter who is passionate about fashion and merchandising, we'd love to hear from you!
