MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Marketing Specialist will report to the Vice President of Marketing and assist with the day-to-day execution and project management of marketing deliverables for the PEI Golf & Tennis business in NA across multiple PEI brands. Assists with amending, revising or redeveloping creative in response to feedback and corporate direction.● Maintain. organize and distribute all creative marketing assets including photos, videos, marketing collateral via workflow and asset management systems● Plan and coordinate product samples for marketing content creation and collateral, including photoshoot samples for Spring and Fall Seasons across multiple brands● Key day-to-day liaison with the creative team, digital marketing/DTC team and other agency /external partners, responsible for ensuring alignment on briefs, expectations, project status, deliverables tracking.● Works hand in hand with production vendors on set/in the field and ensures proper follow and execution.● Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across all communication channels, with a focus on digital and social media campaigns; liaison closely with internal digital marketing / DTC team, including influencers● Coordinate with sales team and key account / retail partners on marketing programs, ranging from in-store displays and POP to digital marketing, social media, and consumer activations● Support the maintenance of monthly marketing calendar(s) to keep internal team, partners and key stakeholders aligned; Tracking master calendar with sales meetings, product campaigns, media dates, athlete events, etc ● Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues or problems that affect marketing projects ● Passion for golf or tennis required, with general knowledge of brands, equipment, trends● Strong conceptual and problem solving skills.● An enthusiastic collaborator who is open to other people’s ideas.● Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation)● High level of professionalism and confidentiality● Creative aptitude with copy, photography, video, design● Engaged in social media platforms, best practices (IG, FB, Twitter, LI +)● Excellent computer skills (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, internet research) and ability to learn and navigate through our internal systems● Excellent organizational skills with ability to self-manage, take initiative and complete multiple priorities while working independently or with various internal and external partners● Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff in a fast paced environment, oftentimes under pressure● Laser-focused attention to detail and follow-through against deadlines● Possess a strong sense of urgency. ● Four-year Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field is required● 2+ years of marketing experience within a consumer goods company or equivalent account management experience at an advertising/marketing agency● Willing to work in an office
