This position is responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of plans for the efficient use of company space within the Chico’s FAS Corporate Campus as well as other corporate facilities. Partners in the development and oversight of the company's long-term plan, ensuring the complete success of the design in terms of space allocation to each department and individual associate. Partners with construction, purchasing, and operations teams and provides design support throughout the course of each project. Partners with architects in the design and implementation phases of new building construction by providing desired floor plans including seating allocation, electric placement, amenity space, common space, etc. Handles all move management needs for the company to include all departmental relocations, expansions, and contractions, plus all associate new hires, terminations, promotions, etc.
