MANAGER ETHICS & COMPLIANCE (HYBRID)

This position will be responsible for the management and execution of all creative and marketing compliance processes including but not limited to, model engagement protocols, photo shoot compliance procedures, and fit program protocols. Your Impact Partner with Brand Creative, Marketing, & Design teams to execute model engagement and photo shoot compliance program components Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines Remediate and/or escalate negative screening results as needed Develop and deliver training and awareness activities for key stakeholders and external third parties Manage photo shoot compliance vendor relationships Manage photo shoot calendars and the scheduling of compliance personnel Manage and escalate potentially sensitive compliance or ethical concerns/issues (as needed) Develop and implement process and technology improvements to create efficiencies Support ad hoc requests of data analytics for leadership Minimum Salary : $105,000.00Maximum Salary : $143,325.00 VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown.
