This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma’s social marketing campaigns. Develops monthly social content for Chico’s, WHBM and Soma and works closely with cross-functional marketing teams to maximize content. Oversees customer communication on all social platforms in partnership with Customer Service team. Works closely with influencer team to maintain communications with influencers on brand social channels. Works closely with PR agency for social amplification for each campaign execution.
