Consults and collaborates with business leaders, HR partners, loss prevention and Legal teams on complex issues, associate issues, and investigations as needed. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field required 5 - 7 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Associate Relations, including participating in internal investigations and conflict resolution, investigative data analysis, production, and maintenance of investigative documentation Experience with issues such as harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, ethical issues, etc.
