Takes initiative; has a high level of ownership and accountability for results of self and others on the team • Evaluates performance of all team members and provides consistent and timely feedback; creates and modifies action plans for the continuous development of staff • Resolves performance problems using appropriate communication, coaching and counseling techniques • Coach, develop and motivate the sales team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to meet goals and utilizing Company tools such as weekly coaching logs. • Create an elevated and VIP customer experience at every opportunity by offering your name, a beverage and connecting in a genuine and authentic way • Build repeat business by ensuring all client capture tools and strategies around data capture, outreach, and follow up are consistently executed • Meeting customer issues with patience while being solution oriented for the highest good of the client • Provide an individualized and positive experience for all customers entering the store, this includes providing great service, effectively answering any questions, and helping process transactions and returns.
