Logistic Manager

JACHS NY is expanding it's team and adding a position for an experienced Logistics Manager. This role will be responsible for but not limited to: Track and coordinate shipments from overseas to multiple warehouses Manage the booking process ensuring that shipments are on time Identify shipments at risk and communicate with internal partners providing solutions when applicable. Coordinate with 3PL Partners to schedule inbound appointments. Negotiate ocean contracts Update and maintain data in ERP system Ensure best rate options for expedited transportation including Air, Ocean and trucking Work with the Production Manager following up on orders Coordinate with production to ensure requirements are being met. Perform other duties as needed
