About the job The Junior Planner is responsible for partnering with account Planning/Buying, and internal Sales teammates, to translate seasonal visions into viable and profitable apparel assortment plans. As our Junior Planner, your responsibilities include: Collaborate with Sales Team/Account(s) to create planning models by category and channel that measure units, revenue, margin, sell-through and inventory turn. Partner with Operations and Production teams to ensure product forecast aligns with buy plans and merchandise flow. Make recommendations for key financial meetings/decisions to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity. 3+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, allocation, or replenishment; financial planning/analysis Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strong aptitude with numbers; retail math skills, understanding of forecasting methodology.
