HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST / HR GENERALIST

With approximately 1,300 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S., as well as an online presence for each of our brands, it takes sophisticated technology, resources and infrastructure to ensure the continued success of our businesses. This position works in partnership with HR management to provide guidance and counsel to management and associates on associate relations issues, company policies and guidelines, performance management, hiring, and training and development. Partners with HR management on the handling of associate relations issues – provides guidance to management, assists managers in the preparation of Performance Plans/Documentation and provides advice on the appropriate resolution of associate relations issues. Works in partnership with HR management to implement and facilitate HR initiatives such as Predictive Index, behavioral competency development, succession planning, department reductions. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Proven verbal and written communication skills.
