HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR (Must Be Bilingual - Spanish / English)

The Human Resources Director will be supporting the teams that are located in the corporate office. In addition, the HR Director will oversee HR for our retail stores. The HR Director is responsible for and contributes to developing organizational and people strategies, overseeing all day-to-day HR activities for all clients, providing thought leadership to these organizations and associated Leadership Teams, developing and executing talent management and change management strategies and partnering with other HR areas to deliver results against the Perry Ellis International people strategies. Provides strategic thought partnership on people and organizational issues, and implements talent practices that are aligned with business objectives. Provides leadership on all aspects of organizational effectiveness, including performance management, on-boarding, coaching, employee relations, talent assessment, equality and belonging, employee culture and engagement, etc.
