We are looking for the next head of stores aka Director of Sales for Soma to support our continued growthPOSITION OBJECTIVE: This position acts as the Voice of the Customer. The role drives the omni sales strategy and stores execution for an assigned brand. Trains and develops Field Management team on business acumen and strategy to drive overall performance. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred 3+ years of proven performance driving sales and profitability in a multi-store, regional level role with volume exceeding $100M, preferably in an omnichannel sales environment. Ten+ years of retail management experience required Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with professionalism and confidence to all levels of the organization.
