Role Overview: The Customer Experience Lead is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, a passion for delivering results-driven solutions, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Main Responsibilities: • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive loyalty and advocacy • Manage store operations, including customer service, feedback, and complaints • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention • Lead by example, promoting the company's values and standards • Analyze customer feedback and KPIs to inform business strategies Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred • 3+ years of retail management experience • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills • Proven customer service and leadership experience • Able to learn and adapt to technology • Strong organizational and time management skills
