Keep the look and feel of the store fresh by remerchandising new product offerings and maintaining a brand space that reflects the latest set changes • Present expertise and commitment in owning allocated areas of the sales floor, maintaining that it is efficiently arranged, stocked, and labeled properly for the ease of the customers • Properly set up signage for regular and promotional items, and ensure they are in line with the defined categories they belong to • Utilize consumer insights to drive category growth and develop product innovation and differentiation • Regularly review and adjust prices for designated product categories on a weekly basis • Regular RFID scans and system audits are vital to maintain the accuracy of inventory records • Competently manage inventory requirements, including merchandise restocking and meeting the requests of customers • Backroom aisles need to be organized in a way that aligns with the company's standards.
