EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are seeking an individual to support the management and execution of our email strategy, including batch, behavioral, and loyalty based emails. This individual will leverage our CRM system and ESP platform to ensure personalization efforts are being maximized. Manage calendar for email marketing in collaboration with the site managers Execute strategies for all email campaigns within our ESP Drive results for all key metrics of email and loyalty Influence and execute company A/B testing strategies Strategize with Ecom Management and leverage customer data to segment campaigns and drive qualified traffic to the site, improving conversion rates Manage post-purchase campaigns to ensure repeat buyers Collaborates with brand and e-commerce teams to drive commerce-focused offers to deliver traffic and sales Recommends and executes on opportunities for email list acquisition and loyalty sign-up Work with Ecom Management to develop and execute personalization tactics across multiple platforms and touchpoints Work with Ecom Management to develop email segmentation, personalization and optimization strategies for a variety of objectives: sales, lead nurturing, re-engagement, loyalty building, etc Ensure a mobile-first approach Update seasonal assets for all triggered campaigns Analyze the customer data and reporting and develop customer retention campaigns 3+ years of email marketing experience, with specific CRM/retention capacity in apparel E-commerce Knowledge of Listrak or comparable ESP including segmentation/email targeting Strong understanding of all email response metrics and best practices as well as a proven track record of leading successful email programs Google Analytics
