ECOMMERCE SITE MANAGER

Lead weekly e-commerce meetings to review business strategies and finalize upcoming strategies including promotions and recapping events. Responsible for customer’s journey and experience on site and post purchase for all devices (mobile, desktop) with a mobile first mentality and ensure that categories are merchandised to optimize for revenue and conversion. Works closely with cross-functional partners (Digital & Brand Marketing, Omni Buying/Planning team,) to align on monthly strategies to exceed goals and identify potential enhancements or changes based on knowledge of the category, industry trends and customer behaviors. through Google Analytics and work with Digital Marketing team; analyze site metrics to connect web behavioral profiles to customer, sales, and merchandising data. Aligns with all brand initiatives and leads weekly brand marketing meetings.
