With approximately 1,300 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S., as well as an online presence for each of our brands, it takes sophisticated technology, resources and infrastructure to ensure the continued success of our businesses. Research and identify seasonal trends direction through industry shows (trend, print/pattern, fabric, market), retail, vintage and competitive shopping. Establish, develop and present the seasonal direction for the Brand, which will set the tone and direction of the season for all product classifications. Direct the Trend team in maintaining the integrity of the Brand and the customer in the design and interpretation of the key trends, including Prints, Patterns, Fabric, Trim, Color, Silhouette, and Accessories Trend inception concept to line adoption. Responsible for the development of Seasonal Color palettes.
