This positionis responsible for the creation and execution of department/category sourcingstrategies that support and align to corporate sourcing strategy; ensuring thetimely development and execution of product that achieve financial targets andadhere to brand appropriate quality levels; developing and cultivating supplierrelationships that ensure we deliver on our customer valueproposition. Leads the team by communicatingexpectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team to be their best. Leads and manages projects as needed. This position may be found in multiple brands. 10+ years accumulated industry experience in Domestic and International Sourcing, Manufacturing, Costing, Production Management, Statistical Process Control, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, AQL Management and Analysis.
