With approximately 1,300 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S., as well as an online presence for each of our brands, it takes sophisticated technology, resources and infrastructure to ensure the continued success of our businesses. As part of that responsibility this position will develop market planning, site analysis and evaluation, and the execution of real estate transactions to maximize the real estate portfolio. This position is responsible for all Letter of Intent negotiations, real estate committee preparations and for presenting deals to the real estate committee for its approval. This position establishes and maintains landlord/developer relationships, attends industry networking, and industry conventions. Prepares site proposals and proforma documents.
