Director of Retail Sales

Slated to open November 2023! We are seeking a Director of Retail Sales to oversee the launch of this amazing store concept. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a teamAnalytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisionsStrong problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) is valuableAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changeExperience with inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer serviceExperience working in luxury retail is a plus, with great style a must Duties:- Provide excellent customer service to all customers- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new customers and expand the customer base- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify business development opportunities- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked on the sales floor- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers Experience:- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems - Housing a possibility for the right candidate We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement.
