With approximately 1,300 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S., as well as an online presence for each of our brands, it takes sophisticated technology, resources and infrastructure to ensure the continued success of our businesses. Works across all levels of Chico’s FAS to collect data, assess, and report on our sustainability performance relative to our own goals and to the performance of our peers. Helps the company differentiate itself amongst competitors. Works closely with Chico’s FAS, its business units, and functions to assist with collection of KPIs that will get reported to the ESG Steering Committee, the ESG Task Force and the ESG Committee of the Board. Monitors the effectiveness of ESG policies, processes and procedures, and updates in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, and corporate directives.
