Essential Functions/Duties: Collaborate with sales, merchandising team members and management to create original private label product to meet customer expectations & deadlines and company objectives including but not limited to exceeding margin goals and increasing sales. Refine requests as necessary based on customer, sales, or management color and/or material direction. Manage and track complete development lifecycle, review samples, implement revision requests, and manage customer approval. Travel domestically and internationally for trend research, sourcing, and development. Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment.
