The incumbent will also be responsible for supporting the execution of the department’s annual development plan as well as providing any donor data that will support strategic initiatives for the department. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities · Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance or related degree and three plus years’ experience in a role managing a customer relationship management (CRM) database preferred; or any combination of training, education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, abilities and skills to successfully perform in this role. · Strong computer skills, including familiarity with standard Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge or similar contact data management system. · Maintain department’s mailing schedule for all external print communications with donors in conjunction with Director of Marketing and Communications.
