Customer Service Representative at Fashion Company (Experience needed)

What you will get to do: As our Customer Service Representative you will be dealing with consumers that buy our products online and that have questions regarding their orders. You will assist them over the phone and by email and chat with any product questions they may have, exchanges that they would like to initiate or new orders they would like to place. Besides the right cultural fit, our ideal candidate has: \\- an interest in fashion \\- experience in a similar customer service position \\- excellent written and oral communication skills in English \\- experience with operating a web shop (Shopify) \\- excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office) \\- a friendly personality who is not afraid to call customers on the phone \\- a hands-on mentality Specifics \\- your compensation will depend on your level of experience \\- this is a part time - full time position (25 – 40 hours a week) \\- working hours are Monday – Friday starting at 10 AM (5 – 8 hours per day) \\- we are looking for a long-term commitment \\- if you are interested, if you align with our core values and if you possess the above-mentioned skills, then please send your resume and a cover letter outlining why you think that you are the ideal candidate for this job.
