The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting Centric Brands Operations Team in retrieving and processing all material, SO and PO creation requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, as well as, monitoring and working closely with their respective business on data integrity. \- Retrieve and process material set up information from Business and ensure accurate entry into SAP. \- Assist in set up of items in customers' systems. \- Work with BA team and Allocation team to review and advise on oversold items in an effort to align orders prior to allocation. \- Excellent time management skills with an ability to set priorities effectively.
