A minimum of 2-5 years prior back office customer service experience in a wholesale/retail apparel background or similar environment Exceptional communication, customer service and writing skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, time manage and prioritize deadlines Strong cross-functional collaborator, team player, highly motivated with an upbeat personality and a positive attitude Proficient with fashion or similar ERP and CRM industry software, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite skills with excel proficiency required. Joor, Shopify, Amazon and social platform experience a big plus Wholesale/retail math and problem solving skills essential
