CORPORATE RECRUITER (Corporate) Remote

Centric Brands is seeking an experienced corporate recruiter to handle end to end talent acquisition in Greensboro, North Carolina. The contract recruiter will provide full life cycle recruitment support to divisions such as Finance, IT, Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partner to develop and execute on a recruitment strategy Source high potential candidates who meet the requirements outlined by the hiring managers through internet job postings, employee referrals, internal mobility, and networking Leverage social recruiting resources and in-house ATS (iCIMS) to identify and recruit the top talent Keep HR Business Partners and hiring managers informed throughout the recruiting process and provide status updates of current roles and candidates Extend offers of employment to selected candidates in collaboration with HR Business Partner Conduct reference checks for candidates in final stages of the interview process Maintain ongoing pipeline of high potential candidates for current and future employment Stay abreast of competitive industry information, recruiting trends, and techniques Collaborate frequently with our NY Talent Acquisition Team on strategy and process Skills and Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred A minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Previous experience with iCIMS is a plus Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities and take initiative are a must Track record of success working in a fast-paced environment Ability to respond quickly to business partner/hiring managers’ requests Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills are a must Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to work a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days in the office per week Centric Brands is an equal opportunity employer.
