CORPORATE DESIGNER - A&F Co

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to create innovative and creative assets for the global corporate A&F Co. customer, associates, and community. Develop and maintain an intimate understanding of corporate, brand and customer DNA Partner closely with cross functional teams to concept and implement a cohesive corporate visual style Develop and maintain consistent on-brand creative standards through an updated and accurate brand style guide Stay close to each key audience to ensure messages, voice/tone & aesthetics resonate Develop, plan, and create necessary assets to bring internal and external cross-channel communications strategies to life Utilize a strong sense of team-oriented, positive, proactive and project driving skills on a daily basis Manage design workflow and deadlines within a fast-paced and collaborative environment Create an approved bank of assets for use across all channels including our corporate social media platforms Create designs for our corporate social media platforms Partner closely with recruiting to create design and video assets Design weekly company newsletter, the Around the Fire (ATF), which is distributed to over 2,500 home office associates Responsible for creative presentations with department and company leadership Keep a pulse on industry, customer, and social media trends, as well as other relevant brands and global companies What will you need to bring?
