As a member of the Corporate Communications & Public Relations team, this person will create and be responsible for the ongoing communication of cohesive corporate narratives in a clear and compelling manner across internal and external platforms. This role is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio What will you be doing? Partner with Brand Strategy, Human Resources, Inclusion & Diversity, Environmental and Social Governance, Sustainability and Philanthropy, Associate Resource Groups and other cross-functional teams in order to create compelling communication strategies, determine the key messages, audiences, and assets and bring them to life Effectively communicate A&F Co’s culture, values, leadership standards and purpose Create an architecture of key audiences and the content/voice required for each Develop and maintain creative story arcs on key corporate strategies Plan a strategic cadence for updating communications across all channels including corporate and internal sites, ensuring they are current and accurate with consistent and cohesive messaging Maintain active dialogues with cross-functional partners and engage them in communications strategies Keep a pulse on key social media initiatives, influencers, and global companies Support Investor Relations function on key events What will you need to bring?
