Responsibilities: Research Customer Compliance Chargebacks to include all Traffic and Floor Ready Issues Properly Code Chargebacks and update notes for reporting purposes in Dispute Management Educate various teams on issues for implementing corrections Review Vendor Routing Guides for updates and changes for customer requirements for warehouses and/or factory shipments Coordinate and advise all updates with 3 PL warehouses, production teams, factories, EDI and Order Management departments Prepare quarterly settlement packages for negotiation and /or resolution with customers.
