COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR - Chargebacks

Responsibilities: Research Customer Compliance Chargebacks to include all Traffic and Floor Ready Issues Properly Code Chargebacks and update notes for reporting purposes in Dispute Management Educate various teams on issues for implementing corrections Review Vendor Routing Guides for updates and changes for customer requirements for warehouses and/or factory shipments Coordinate and advise all updates with 3 PL warehouses, production teams, factories, EDI and Order Management departments Prepare quarterly settlement packages for negotiation and /or resolution with customers. Skills and Requirements Skills and Requirements: Previous experience with Customer Routing Guide Compliance and an understanding of Logistics/Supply Chain preferred Excels under pressure in a high-volume, time-sensitive, corporate environment Ability to comprehend multiple, complex flow charts Detail-oriented and accurate Excellent organizational, communication, and follow up skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team for month end closing Some AR & GL knowledge preferred Excel required SAP experience preferred Centric Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
