COMPENSATION ANALYST (can be based remotely)

Lands' End Dodgeville, Wisconsin

As the Compensation Analyst, you will assist in analyzing the various compensation programs at Lands’ End while aligning with business objectives and complying with applicable laws and regulations under and leadership and direction of the Sr Manager, Compensation. You will assist with managing the day to day administration of compensation programs, such as base pay, merit processing, job changes and incentive plans. Partner with HRIS to identify reporting and system processes to streamline administration of compensation programs Partner with Employee Service Business Partners to help support the compensation needs of their areas by providing assistance with offers, benchmarking, and competitive pay practices Skills 3-5 years experience in Compensation, with direct experience in analyzing, evaluating, and benchmarking pay practices. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required. Strong Excel, math and analytical skills and knowledge of HRIS systems (Ultimate/UKG preferred) Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills along with the ability to influence and build relationships to establish long-lasting credibility and trust with internal customers.
