We also operate more than 40 Last Call by Neiman Marcus off-price stores that cater to a value oriented, yet fashion minded customer. The Styling Manager will have the following experience: \- In-depth understanding of industry standards \- Styling of luxury product; passionate about high-end fashion \- Management experience \- Excellent communication skills \- Budget management Day to day responsibilities of the styling manager include the following: \- Ensure that the Bergdorf Goodman luxury point-of-view is translated to all on-figure and product photography \- Strong Casting eye \- Define and establish productive and inspiring "on-set culture" \- Ensure talent is continually current and on-brand in all aspects of product photography \- Work closely with New York creative team to stay current on trends, creative direction and initiatives (requires periodic travel) \- Art direction and image selection \- Management of schedule and oversight of product flow \- Style out and image approval \- Partnering and aligning with sample and shoot coordinators, photographers and studio management teams \- Adherence to production and budget guidelines Job location is in Dallas, Texas Requirements also include: \- Bachelor's degree in fashion, art or related field \- Efficient at managing a high volume of projects and adhering to deadlines \- Service oriented mindset \- Ability to anticipate problems and plan accordingly \- Excellent organization and time management skills
