The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel. Responsible for assisting E-Commerce Site Manager with operational and organizational tasks that support the e-commerce business for our OPG and Perry Ellis brands. Manages the overall administrative responsibilities of the business and enhance the customer experience online (i.e. price changes, order entry, transfers, product uploads, product upload photoshoot process, reporting, optimizing online customer experience, etc) Manages and executes photo samples and shot list process with high level of accuracy and meeting all deadlines in partnership with omniretail team + photoshoot coordinator Responsible for upload process: communicate styles needed to be uploaded, ensure information is received well in advance to when the inventory arrives. Ensure information is accurate and complete. Manage Copy Process Manages and creates special projects Merchandises the site Builds strong cross functional relationships with the following teams: Web design, brand marketing, digital marketing + omni retail team Evaluates e-commerce trends, communicates with site manager and helps/implements Report to retail any transfer requests, book transfers and/or purchase orders discrepancies so they can adjust Communicates issues to site manager using proper communication channels Pricing: responsible for uploading the pricing sheet if needed.
