Supporting the store manager in fostering a customer-and product-focused sales culture where our values and guiding principles are central to all aspects of store operations, including managing sales operations, asset protection, and human resources functions to guarantee excellent customer service and optimal profitability, is the responsibility of the Assistant Retail Store manager. Responsibilities of Assistant Retail Store manager: • Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine the needs of the business; Teams up with the Store Manager to carry out in-store business and sales strategies. • Performs financial activities efficiently and in accordance with regulations, such as handling cash, implementing price changes, and managing merchandise; ensures all register transactions are accurately processed and in compliance with policies. • Counsels and mentors the store team in enhancing their performance levels. • Oversees that the store team maintains compliance with all employment practices and policies.
