We are looking for an energetic and creative Assistant Manager, Merchandising to join the team at Gap. If you possess a strong work ethic, a drive to succeed, and a commitment to delivering great customer service, this is the role for you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field• 3+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail sector• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Strong understanding of merchandising principles and practices• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans to increase sales and profitability of the store. Manage and oversee daily operations of the store’s merchandising team. Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all merchandising objectives are achieved.
