ASSISTANT ECOMMERCE SITE MANAGER

The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel.SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for assisting E-Commerce Site Manager with operational and organizational tasks that support the e-commerce business.RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the overall administrative responsibilities of the business and enhance the customer experience online (i.e. price changes, order entry, transfers, product uploads, photoshoot process, reporting, optimizing online customer experience, etc) Manages and executes photo samples and shot list process with high level of accuracy and meeting all deadlines in partnership with omniretail team + photoshoot coordinator Responsible for upload process: communicate styles needed to be uploaded, ensure information is received well in advance to when the inventory arrives. Ensure information is accurate and complete. Conducts daily price matching and works closely with the site manager to discuss conflicting pricing .
