Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in ambiguity Develop, refine, communicate and execute the creative vision for this top-secret project in collaboration with the Executive Creative Director Manage the project calendar to deliver on established due dates, budgets and project vision Work with internal and external teams/influencers to translate the desired moods, messages, concepts and underdeveloped ideas into imagery, copy, video and other content Manage, coach and develop a creative team, including a graphic designer and copywriter Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional and external partners Act as a brand ambassador within the ANF organization, clearly and effectively presenting ideas and projects to all levels of leadership Keep the customer at the center of everything we do by staying on top of social platforms and cultural trends What Do You Need to Bring?
