Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered 7+ years of overall experience with Digital ecosystem and E-Commerce domain (E-Commerce, PIM, Search, Order Management Systems, Loyalty, Digital Marketing) 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in Digital/Commerce domain (preferably in Retail) Extensive experience in supporting large scale E-Commerce implementations with experience in designing, configuring, developing, and maintaining OMS implementations, including components, agents, services, related interfaces, and APIs Proven track record in setting and defining architectural solutions and designs aligned with target architecture; GraphQL, RESTful API development, microservices development, solid understanding of design impacts to performance, security, resiliency, and maintainability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding verbal and written communication ability Passion for technology and expanding your skill Must be a passionate, driven, self-starting problem-solver who is comfortable with change and has extensive “hands on” experience working with ECommerce domain preferably for a retailer Hands on expertise on Salesforce Service/Marketing Cloud and eCommerce architecture such as PIM (Product Information Management), OMS (Order Management System) is a big plus
