This role will also be responsible for driving people initiatives forward and escalating issues and risks. Responsibilities & Duties \- Support the design and execution of our organizational People strategy \- Partner with company leadership to drive complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives that impact all aspects of the business and organization \- Work cross-functionally to conduct analysis and create deliverables for executives and key stakeholders \- Collaborate with teams to drive innovation, improve processes, and implement new tools \- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Analytics team to identify and support the development of solutions, programs, and policies that support business and associate growth \- Support PMO and manage specific processes including but not limited to: \- Managing assigned project(s) and/or workstreams for People initiatives \- Identifying, documenting, and tracking risks and issues and proactively sharing mitigation strategies \- Leading the process of developing key deliverables \- Facilitating project meetings to gather applicable information \- Support organizational design and large-scale change initiatives \- Champion change both in-function and across all functions for NMG initiatives Technical Qualifications \- 3-5+ years of experience in People/HR professional role or management consultant focused on human capital, or related field \- Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred; Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Business Administration/Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred \- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel \- Ability to take multiple and complex inputs and concepts and distill into simple, relevant, and executable strategies that are relevant, pragmatic, easy-to-execute, and drive impact \- Intermediate experience in a combination of the following areas: organization design, performance management, culture and engagement, learning and development, or data analysis \- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and influence with or without positional authority \- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communications insights to stakeholders - as well as to get creative when data does not readily exist \- Demonstrated strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving behaviors \- Demonstrated ability in driving results \- Demonstrated time management skills that enable on-time, high-quality project delivery with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously \- Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to collaborate and work closely both in-function and across the organization \- Highly developed communications skills (written/verbal) \- Strong attention to detail \- Ability to work well under pressure \- Works well in a team environment
