The Financial Analyst II works closely with the Finance team to help conduct financial planning and analysis. • Develop and enhance management reports to allow business leaders visibility to current trends for developing and deploying short- and long-term plans to improve profitability and operating results. • Conduct research on economic and business conditions, industry trends, and the impact on operations, summarizing findings to report to business leaders. • Financial planning and analysis experience preferred. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
