With approximately 1,300 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S., as well as an online presence for each of our brands, it takes sophisticated technology, resources and infrastructure to ensure the continued success of our businesses. This position is responsible for supporting our brands and corporate shared services through strategic and ad hoc analyses to provide insights that allow us to make data-driven decisions. This position will be focused primarily on digital initiatives, with particular emphasis on A/B testing and machine learning personalization. Maintains awareness of current trends in analytics solutions with a focus on optimization and requesting enhancements that will improve system effectiveness. Other duties as assigned.
